Reward charts for pet care! Each of our pet care charts is designed with a specific pet in mind. We have researched some of the more common household pets and their daily/weekly care requirements. Our charts should serve as a weekly care guide but not a complete care guide. We have an addition page of Pet Care Resources that should help steer you in the right direction. We've left blank spaces on some of the charts for you to write in any additional care instructions. Let us know if you would like us to make up a chart that you don't see here. We also have simpler version of some charts that will work well for younger kids
Colorful animal bingo cards with added fun! Kids will have to use their visual skills to recognise each animal from their silhouette. Can you spot the giraffe from its unmistakable silhouette?
This set includes 2 pages of call cards with 24 different animals and 5 bingo cards.
To Start
Firstly print and cut out the call cards and the Bingo play cards. Place the call cards in a bag or deep bowl and mix them all around! Make sure everyone has a Bingo card and pencil [making in pencil means you can easily reuse the Bingo cards]
Mr P’s Tip
Laminate the Bingo cards and use a water based felt pen for marking, they can be used over and over again!
Call Cards
There are 2 different ways to use your call cards with these animal silhouettes.
First is to show the card to everyone without saying the animal name. Kids can use their color & shape recognition skills to match the correct one from their cards.
The second option is to call out the name of the animal without showing the card. In this case kids will have to use their knowledge of animal forms to find the correct silhouette from their cards. You will need to use different skill sets to play. Great fun!
You can play with these in a number of different ways:
1. One line wins!
A classic way to play is by trying to complete 1 line of four animals, this could be horizontal, vertical or diagonal.
2. Full card wins!
The longest way to play is to try to fill up the whole bingo card with all animals.
3. Custom shape wins!
You can of course invent any shape needed to win, for example sometimes games look for squares of four areas to be filled in, this is called a ‘postage stamp’.
Don’t forget
Bingo gamers you must shout “BINGO!!” as soon as you have completed a line to stop the game, have your card checked and win your prizes! If you don’t shout, you might miss out!
